Periods of moderate to heavy rain continue, particularly midday into the afternoon. Rain starts to ease, turning more showery nearing sunset.

2.00 - 4.00" of Rain (Majority of the storm total through sunset)
An elevated concern for poor drainage, stream/creek, and even some river flooding.

SE winds shift N-NW and incr. to 8 - 18 mph, gusts to 25
