Randolph Township Fire Department Responds to Three-Alarm Apartment Fire
The Randolph Township Fire Department (RTFD) responded to a three-alarm fire at the Randolph Village apartment complex early morning February 15, 2025.
The fire, reported at approximately 12:00 AM, caused significant damage to a substantial portion of the building’s left side. Twelve apartments were affected, displacing residents who are now being assisted by the Red Cross with temporary shelter.
The Morris County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) played a crucial role, deploying the Mobile Ambulance Bus in conjunction with the Randolph Rescue Squad to support fire and EMS operations. OEM also collaborated with Randolph Fire Command, Randolph Police Department, and the Randolph Office of Emergency Management to open the Randolph Community Center as a warming center for affected residents.
Furthermore, OEM coordinated with the American Red Cross to provide assistance to those displaced by the fire. The RTFD appreciates the support of all responding agencies and thanks the community for their cooperation during this incident.
