How do you feel about the new Deloitte building in Morristown?

The massive building is opening up where a strip mall that housed Cluck-U, a health foods store, a Panera Bread, and many more restaurants and stores. The lone survivor is the distant but ever approaching 7/Eleven sitting untouched at the end of the parking lot. How long until the owner of that 7/Eleven gets "an offer he can refuse" and Deloitte takes over the whole parking lot?
