Wednesday, October 27, 2021 - From Morris County Fire - Morris County Fire dispatch reported a Red Rav 4 traveling north on the southbound lane of Rt. 15. At around 5pm police reported the car was near mile marker 15.6. Practice extreme caution ⚠️
