Giant Bouncy Ball on Colombia Turnpike?

Be careful driving down Colombia Turnpike by Normandy Parkway - a large, inflatable “workout ball” is on the road. 
Not a joke, fyi. 
As of 10:22am the ball was still in the road on the side of former Honeywell Complex.
