TaiChi Chih is a moving meditation practice that helps activate, balance, and circulate the body's natural energy (Chi). It is not a martial art but a tool for self-healing and health for the mind, body, and spirit.

Benefits may include increased energy, fitness, and stamina, improved balance, mental clarity, and emotional balance, and lowered blood pressure through the reduction of excess stress.

Considered a moving meditation because of its calming effect on the mind, body, spirit, and the release of tension throughout the body. The coupling of movement and stillness has a powerful effect in balancing the yin and yang of the chi (energy)

Beginner classes are from 9:15-10:15 am for 8 weeks during which students will learn the 19 movements of Tai Chi Chih.

This profoundly soft and calm form is easily learned by people of all ages and various physical conditions.

MORNING BEGINNER CLASSES: January 11, 18, 25. February 1, 8, 15. March 1, 8.

The fee for all 8 classes is 100.00 payable at the time of registration.

Unless otherwise arranged, registration for the class will not be considered complete until a registration form and fee are returned before the start of the first class.

ANY COVID RESTRICTIONS/ RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE OBSERVED AS NECESSARY.

Tai Chi Chih has been endorsed by the Mayo Clinic, The Arthritis Foundation, National Institutes of Health, among others.
