Operation Take Back 2022 on Saturday, April 30, 10 AM -2 PM –
During this time the public may anonymously turn over unused, unwanted, or expired prescription drugs for proper disposal.
"The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office has partnered with the Morris County Sheriff’s Office, the Hanover Township Police Department, the Morris Plains Borough Police Department, the Morris Township Police Department, and the Randolph Township Police Department in this effort to reduce abuse and misuse of pharmaceutical drugs."
Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and Morris County Sheriff’s Office properly destroy the discarded prescription drugs in a "safe and non-hazardous manner."
Satellite collection sites will be established at the following locations in Morris County, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.:

Prosecutor Carroll and Sheriff Gannon jointly stated,
“This operation has proven to be extraordinarily successful in helping to prevent the misuse of addictive pharmaceutical drugs. The partnership of the Prosecutor’s and Sheriff’s Offices, in coordination with our municipal police departments and local governments, have proven to be an effective team to lead this most worthy effort.”
