Mandatory Bicycle Helmets For All in NJ?

While already mandatory for riders under 17, now a NJ Assemblyman Reginald Atkins wants all Adults to wear one, or face a $25 fine.

“Protecting us from the what ifs” said Atkins in an ABC news interview.
NJ Bike and Walk Coalition disagrees. 

NJ would be the first state in the nation to require adults to wear helmets.
