Local Home Improvement Program Provides $22k in No Interest, Forgivable Loans to Homeowners
Community Grants, Planning and Housing administers Home Improvement Programs that serve numerous NJ and PA towns, providing zero-interest, forgivable, ten-year loans of up to $22k for home improvement projects.
Attention homeowners in Northern New Jersey! If you live and own your home within one of the below towns, and your total gross income falls below the income limit for your household size you may qualify for a no-cost, no-interest, ten-year, $22,000 loan for home improvement projects!
This includes residents of the towns/cities of: Bernardsville, Bloomingdale, Bound Brook, Clark, Cranford, Denville, East Hanover, East Windsor, Eatontown, Fairfield, Florham Park, Freehold, Hillsdale, Holmdel, Howell, Kearny, Little Falls, Livingston, Mahwah, Manchester, Maplewood, Marlboro, Milltown, Montclair, Montvale, Montville, Mount Holly, New Brunswick, New Milford, Oakland, Old Bridge, Palmyra, Pittsgrove Township, Ridgefield, Roselle Park, Scotch Plains, South Orange Village, Spring Lake, Stafford, Totowa, Waldwick, and Woodbridge.
You can receive up to $22,000 for home improvement projects and repairs. Funds can be used to update or repair heating and electrical systems, plumbing system components, roofs, weatherization (windows, insulation, etc.), foundations, and more!
