Randolph Institutes Odd/Even Lawn Watering Regulations to Conserve Water

In an effort to conserve water, the Township of Randolph adopted an odd/even lawn watering schedule for property owners served by township water.

The Township has created an informational page that spells out the days and times when watering is permitted. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these lawn watering restrictions which will be in effect from May 1 through September 30 each year.

Enforcement of this mandatory restriction will be aggressive; violations will result in the following penalties:

• First offense: $200.00
• Second offense: $500.00
• Third offense: to be determined by the municipal court judge
