The Borough of Morris Plains, Morris County, is seeking a candidate to fill a part-time clerical position as the Editor of Plains Talk, the Borough's Quarterly Newsletter. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quarterly production of Plains Talk by creating content through information and pictures provided from various sources, editing content, and submitting it for publication. Applicants must be detailed-oriented, well organized, with excellent computer and communications skills.
