Denville Water Utility Hydrant Flushing on Sunday, May 7

Attention Denville Residents

The Denville Water Utility shall commence Hydrant Flushing the water system on Sunday, May 7, 2023.

The flushing shall last approximately 4 - 6 weeks and is performed Sunday through Thursday 11:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.

It is strongly recommended that during the aforementioned period residents wash their dark clothes first as there may be some minor water discoloration during this period while flushing is occurring in your neighborhood. The water is safe to drink and boiling the water is not necessary.
