(MONTVILLE, N.J. – June 12, 2023) – Affordable housing opportunities are coming to Montville, New Jersey, with Avalon Montville offering 52 new apartments for low to moderate-income residents. The Avalon Montville apartments are located at 80 Bloomfield Avenue, Montville in Morris County, and are scheduled to be available in fall 2023.

The development offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with central air conditioning, a dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. The community features a host of amenities including a BBQ area, a fitness center, a lounge, a pool, a putting green, and dedicated work-from-home pods.
