Cohome Opens Applications for Morristown Supportive Housing at Max on Morris
Fourteen new affordable apartments at 'Max on Morris' - 175 Morris Street, Morristown, NJ are now available for low-to-moderate income adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Cohome is now accepting applications for its new supportive housing project at 175 Morris Street, Morristown. This initiative seeks to provide affordable housing to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) who are also classified as low-to-moderate income residents of Morris County.
Individuals interested in applying can do so online at Cohome's official website or in-person at the leasing office located at 175 Morris Street, Morristown, NJ. Requests for an application can also be sent via email or postal mail to 45 S. Park Place, STE 8, Morristown, NJ 07960.
The supportive housing project, titled 'Max on Morris,' features 14 new affordable apartments designed to foster independent living with supports for qualifying adults with I/DD.
Prospective tenants must adhere to the rental application checklist provided by Cohome in order for their application to be considered.
Required documents include a completed questionnaire and rental application, one copy of a government-issued identification, the most recent bank statement and income sources documentation, a disability certification form completed by a licensed physician, proof of medical insurance/coverage, and a copy of the first page of the DDD Support Plan if applicable.
