A series of construction events are currently ongoing throughout Morris County, causing various lane and shoulder closures, and residents are urged to plan their routes accordingly.
Construction on US 206 northbound, north of International Dr in Roxbury Twp, is in progress as of 9:00am. The right lane will be closed until 3:00pm today.
Meanwhile, on NJ 15 southbound at CR 699/Berkshire Valley Rd in Jefferson Twp, construction is also underway. A left lane closure has been reported since 9:00am, set to last until 2:00pm. Moreover, another construction event on NJ 15, in both directions in the vicinity of CR 699/Berkshire Valley Rd in Jefferson Twp, is causing the right lane to be closed until 3:00pm.
In Hanover Twp, construction work is affecting NJ 10 westbound traffic. As of 8:00am, the right shoulder is closed in the vicinity of I-287, and the closure will remain until 3:00pm. A second construction project, located on NJ 10 westbound at School St, has caused the right shoulder closure since 7:00am, with the situation expected to be resolved by 4:00pm.
Roxbury Twp is also facing multiple construction activities. Since 7:00am, construction on US 46 westbound, east of NJ 183/Netcong Circle, has necessitated a right shoulder closure set to last until 3:30pm. Additionally, construction on US 46 in both directions, stretching from west of CR 642/Kenvil Av in Roxbury Twp to west of CR 669/Canfield Av in Mine Hill Twp, has resulted in the closure of the right shoulder until 3:00pm.
