New Jersey American Water has announced that it will commence routine flushing of the water distribution system in your locality, starting April 15th through April 19th. Flushing operations will be carried out daily between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM during this period.

Should you encounter discolored water, New Jersey American Water advises running cold water taps at the lowest level of your home for approximately 3 to 5 minutes or until the water clears. Additionally, it is recommended to avoid laundry activities during instances of water discoloration to prevent any potential staining of fabrics.
