Community Art Gallery and Open Mic Night

January 17th, 6:00 pm – The Roxbury Arts Alliance hosts a Art Gallery and Open Mic with the Opening Reception of “Community,” the 2nd art gallery installation, featuring the work of 10 local amateur and professional artists.

Curated by Warren County artist and gallerist Frank May, this collection serves as a reminder that art can unite and inspire change. This exhibition encourages us to embrace the collective power of coming together. Through collaboration, dialogue, and creative expression, we find that community is not just a concept—it’s the very foundation of our shared humanity.

View the unique pieces, meet artists, and enjoy light refreshments. All artwork is available for sale, with the proceeds benefitting both the individual artists and the RAA.

The art gallery is viewable by appointment and during events such as open mics now through 2/28/25.

Then, at 7:30pm, the stage opens for an Open Mic session. Performing and visual artists of all kinds and ages are welcome and encouraged to show off their talents. You may hear music, poetry, comedy- who knows what will be in store!

Performers are asked to pre-register HERE.

Walk-ins are welcome.

Admission to the art gallery is free of charge. Open Mic performers and audience- $5 cover to support the arts and the organization’s mission. Open Mic nights occur 1 Friday a month through June 2025.
