Qi Gong with Instructor Hollye
If you’re looking for a gentle, mindful practice to center your mind and body, Qi Gong is for you! In this class, you’ll learn slow, flowing movements combined with breathing exercises and meditation. These techniques are designed to relax the body, focus the mind, and boost overall wellness. The practice is adaptable, so whether you're new to Qi Gong or have experience, you’ll be able to work at your own pace.

Fee: $108 for the 6-week session, $20 per drop-in class ($5 additional for non-residents)
