Yoga Meditation with Instructor Hollye

For those seeking a balance of gentle movement, mindfulness, and relaxation, Yoga Meditation is a perfect fit. This class combines yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and guided relaxation to help quiet the nervous system and improve your overall sense of well-being. The session is designed to be accessible to all, with modifications offered for different levels and abilities, ensuring everyone can enjoy a calming experience.

Dates: Wednesdays, March 26 – April 30

Time: 10:30-11:30 AM

Fee: $108 for the 6-week session, $20 per drop-in class ($5 additional for non-residents)
