Anthony Dello-Russo, 27, of Hanover Township, has been charged with multiple drug-related offenses following a comprehensive investigation by local law enforcement agencies. The Investigation and Arrest

Over the past few months, a collaborative effort involving various law enforcement agencies focused on Anthony Dello-Russo, suspecting his involvement in the unlawful distribution of controlled substances. This operation culminated on December 8, 2023, with a significant seizure. Detectives confiscated over half an ounce of suspected cocaine, more than five pounds of marijuana, and over $51,000 in cash.

Charges Filed

Dello-Russo now faces substantial charges, including second-degree possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, third-degree possession of cocaine, second-degree possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, third-degree possession of marijuana, and third-degree money laundering. These charges reflect the severity of the alleged crimes and the quantity of drugs involved.

Legal Proceedings

Following the Criminal Justice Reform Act, Dello-Russo has been detained at the Morris County Correctional Facility, awaiting his initial court appearance. This process underscores the legal principle that every accused individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
