Morristown, New Jersey – Residents of Morris County seeking a career in law enforcement now have an opportunity to serve their community, as the Morris Township Police Department (MTPD) is actively seeking applications for the position of Police Officer. This development comes as part of the department's commitment to strengthening its workforce and enhancing community policing initiatives.

To be considered for the role, applicants must meet specific criteria, including holding a valid New Jersey Driver’s License. In terms of educational qualifications, candidates should possess a minimum of sixty college credits from an accredited institution. Alternatively, individuals with four years of active military service, coupled with a high school diploma or equivalent, are also eligible to apply.
