The closure commenced around 11 a.m. today, April 19, as crews began replacing a critical drainage pipe. To facilitate local residents and manage traffic flow, specific detour routes have been established and are expected to remain in effect through Saturday afternoon.
Northbound Detour for Route 202:
- Motorists heading north on Route 202 will be directed to turn right onto Glen Alpin Road/CR 646, left onto Blue Mill Road, and then left onto Sand Spring Road to rejoin Route 202.
Southbound Detour for Route 202:
- Southbound traffic will turn left onto Sand Spring Road, right onto Blue Mill Road, and right onto Glen Alpin Road/CR 646 to return to Route 202.
