Cook Avenue Parking Lot Reconstruction, Madison

Beginning on or about June 15, 2024, the Borough of Madison contractor, DLS Contracting, Inc., will begin the phased reconstruction of the Cook Avenue Parking Lot.

The project includes complete curbing, drainage, traffic flow changes, rain gardens, historic lighting, milling, and paving. We anticipate the two phases of work to last approximately 150 days.

Throughout the duration of the project half of the Cook Avenue Parking Lot will be closed off to all vehicular traffic. Access to the businesses from the rear may be minorly impacted.

Parking for Merchant Parking Permit Holders will NOT be permitted in the lot come June 15, 2024, and information about accommodations for those permit holders will be sent by the Parking office as soon as possible.
