Morris St Sanitary Sewer Improvements – Between Ridgedale and Ford

• Contractor: Colonnelli Brothers, Inc.
• Construction expected to continue until late-June
• Work Hours: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
• NEW TRAFFIC PATTERN – Eastbound traffic will remain open to traffic but will be restricted to one lane for the duration of the work. Westbound traffic from Ford/Taft will be closed.
• Special Conditions
  • Long-term work zone setup on Morris St, starting East of Ridgedale Ave
  • Eastbound traffic will be reduced to 1 lane for duration
  • No Westbound traffic between Ford and Ridgedale
  • Ford Ave to be CLOSED between Hill St and Morris St
  • Parking restrictions on East side of Ford and other areas as needed

Curb, Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements – Various Streets

• Contractor: JoMed Construction
• Work Hours: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Curb, Sidewalk and Drainage improvements throughout Town.
• Special Conditions:
  • Temporary parking restrictions as needed
  • Temporary road closures as needed
  • Traffic detours as needed
  • Roads expected to be worked on this week include: Clyde Potts Dr, Cory Rd, Pine St, Dumont Pl, King St
  • Clyde Potts Dr will be the construction of an emergency (only) exit to Vail Pl.

Pickleball Courts at Lidgerwood Park

• Contractor: Green Valley Group, Inc.
• Start Date: May 1, 2024
• Work Hours: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Completion Date: Expected in June.
• Special Conditions:
  • Two of the tennis courts will be closed throughout construction
