Vineland Man Pleads Guilty to Possession of Child Pornography

Raymond Stickelman of Vineland admitted in federal court to possessing over 500 files of child sexual abuse material.

Raymond Stickelman, a 38-year-old resident of Vineland, New Jersey, has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography. The plea was made before U.S. District Judge Karen M. Williams in Camden federal court. Stickelman was released on a $100,000 unsecured bond, with sentencing scheduled for January 7, 2025.

The case stems from a November 2021 investigation when law enforcement executed a search warrant at Stickelman’s home. During the search, authorities discovered an electronic storage device containing more than 500 files of child sexual abuse imagery, which Stickelman admitted to possessing.

The charge of possession of child pornography carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. The investigation was conducted by FBI special agents from the Atlantic City Resident Agency, led by Special Agent in Charge James E. Dennehy. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Lindsey Harteis and Elisa Wiygul from the Camden office.
