Aerotek Signs 18,000-Square-Foot Lease at Parsippany's Arbors Office Campus

ABS Management’s recently refreshed office space gains a key tenant as Aerotek expands in Morris County

ABS Management has secured an 18,339-square-foot lease with Aerotek, a publicly traded staffing company, at 8 Campus Drive in Parsippany, part of the two-building office complex known as The Arbors. Aerotek will occupy a fourth-floor suite at the property as part of its ongoing expansion to provide outsourced services in construction, manufacturing, and maintenance.

The lease was brokered by JLL, with Senior Managing Director David Stifelman, Executive Vice President Chris Conklin, and Brokerage Coordinator Maria Ruberto representing the landlord. Tenant representatives Brian DeCillis and Ryan O’Keefe from Cushman & Wakefield assisted Aerotek in the transaction.

The Arbors campus, comprising 8 Campus Drive and 7 Sylvan Way, spans 360,000 square feet on 15 acres. Recent upgrades to 8 Campus Drive include a redesigned lobby, fitness center, virtual golf simulator, conference and training facility, and a full-service café, providing a modern, amenity-rich workspace. Located near major routes like Interstates 80, 280, 287, and Routes 46, 202, 10, and 53, the site is a five-minute drive from the Morris Plains train station with direct access to New York Penn Station, Midtown Manhattan, and Hoboken.

ABS Management has also partnered with Blue Management Service to provide onsite property management, enhancing the tenant experience. Blue Management, a New Jersey-based company with $1 billion in assets under management, operates in nine states and will oversee property services at The Arbors.
