Affordable Housing Update

On January 21, 2025 the Town Council of the Town of Boonton adopted Resolution 25-61 which relates to the Town’s Fourth Round Affordable Housing Obligations. In accordance with New Jersey law, on January 23, 2025 the Town filed an Action with the Superior Court of New Jersey along with Resolution 25-61 to initiate the Town’s participation in the State’s Affordable Housing Dispute Resolution Program.
