Reminder to Landlords: State Mandated Lead Safe inspections MUST be completed by July 22, 2025

New Jersey is requiring lead-safe inspections for rental units to protect residents, particularly children, from the serious health risks associated with lead exposure. Landlords with pre-1978 rental properties located in Montville Township are required to have visual inspections completed by July 22, 2025.
