Annual Overlay Program, Morris Twp

Dear Residents,

The Department of Public Works will begin its Annual Overlay Program on Monday, July 7. The following streets are scheduled for milling and paving in 2025:

• Beekman Place
• Darnay Road
• Devonshire Court
• Emerson Court
• Manchester Court
• Pletcher Place
• Redwood Road
• Reed Road
• Starlight Drive
• Sudberry Drive
• Tall Timber Drive
• Tree Top Terrace
• Wychwood Road
• Upperfield Road

Harter Road will be added to the schedule later this year.

The project is expected to take three to four weeks, depending on weather. Crews will first mill the roads to remove old pavement, followed by resurfacing with new asphalt.

Drivers should expect delays on these roads and nearby areas. Inclement weather may extend the timeline.
