Methodology

Forbes, in collaboration with Statista, compiled the rankings based on extensive surveys conducted with employees across all 50 states and Washington, D.C. The surveys assessed factors such as willingness to recommend one's employer, workplace conditions, compensation, and opportunities for growth. Companies were then ranked based on the feedback, with greater weight given to recent data and responses from current employees.
