Free Food, Live Music & More: What to Do in Morristown This Week

Image

Free produce markets, live music, pet clinics, and more—here are 10 local events happening in and around Morristown this week, November 4–10.

In response to the recent federal government shutdown and the temporary suspension of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, several community organizations across Morris County and neighboring areas are hosting Free Produce Pop-Up Markets throughout the week. These markets aim to support residents facing sudden food insecurity by distributing fresh fruits and vegetables—no questions asked, while supplies last. Events are scheduled rain or shine, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own bags. Organizers request that those most in need receive priority access.

Beyond food assistance, this week’s calendar also features a variety of local events for all interests—from outdoor farmers markets and tree planting demonstrations to a free rabies clinic for pets and a live concert by Americana band Buffalo Rose. Explore all 10 events happening between Tuesday, November 4 and Monday, November 10 below.
