Beenie’s Ice Cream is Expanding

Beenie’s Ice Cream co-owners Tony and Andrea Franco are expanding Morristown’s favorite ice cream shop!

Customers have been routinely asking for more seating, and Beenie’s has heard them. They will knock down the wall separating the adjacent property to expand Beenie’s into Super Beenie’s.

The Franco’s have purchased the adjacent property to Beenie’sat 40 Morris Street, what used to be Savor Café, and plan to expand the ice cream shop to ease in-store congestion and provide additional seating for customers.

Along with expanding available customer seating, Beenie’s will install a new counter to specifically service DoorDash and other deliveries, cake orders, and merchandise orders.

The new expansion will be connected through a corridor that aims to file customers more easily in and out of lines while easing congestion in what is currently a small shop.

Beenie’s aims to become a social destination like the many coffee shops and bars throughout Morristown, but of course, they’re slinging ice cream!

Beenie’s is estimating the expansion will be complete around August of this year. When construction ends, the new space will be available to rent for birthday parties, corporate events, and more!

Beenie’s Ice Cream, located on 38 Morris Street opened May 18, 2017, and has quickly become a Morristown favorite.

With 38 flavors, pre-packaged pints, various soft-serves, milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, cakes, and lava shakes (any flavor of hot chocolate made from one of Beenie’s 38 ice cream flavors), Beenie’s has something for everyone with a sweet tooth.
