Amazon Warehouse in Mount Olive Sells for $29 Million

Branch Industrial announces the sale of a 132,000-square-foot facility leased to Amazon in the Budd Lake section of Mount Olive.

In a significant real estate transaction, Asset Realty & Construction Group has sold a 132,000-square-foot industrial building in Mount Olive for $29.1 million. The facility, located at 81 International Drive in the township’s Budd Lake section, is currently leased to Amazon and strategically positioned just off Route 46 and less than half a mile from Interstate 80.

The building, which Amazon converted from a former Sam’s Club warehouse into a delivery station in 2020, is now under new ownership. The buyer remains undisclosed, but the sale was facilitated by Branch Industrial, who recently announced the deal.

This transaction highlights the ongoing demand for industrial real estate, particularly in locations that offer proximity to major transportation routes.
