Eleven 100k Gang Members Indicted for Murder, Shootings, Robberies, Drug Trafficking, and Fraud
Paterson-based street gang faces extensive charges after long-running federal and state investigation.
Acting U.S. Attorney Vikas Khanna announced the indictment of eleven individuals alleged to be members and associates of the Paterson street gang “100k,” formally charging them with offenses including racketeering conspiracy (RICO), murder, robberies, drug trafficking, bank fraud, and other violent acts. The gang, formed around 2016, is said to operate in the area of North Main Street and Jefferson Street in Paterson, frequently clashing with rival gangs.
100k Enterprise and its Rivals
Court documents describe the “100k Enterprise” as an organized group founded to exert control and generate income through violence and various criminal schemes. Investigators assert the gang has engaged in acts of murder, attempted murder, shootings, robberies, narcotics distribution, and financial fraud against rival groups, particularly the “Blockboyz,” based in the Presidential Tower Housing Complex, and “4k,” which operates near Rosa Parks Boulevard.

Investigation and Coordination
The indictment results from a collaborative law enforcement effort involving the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), New Jersey State Police, the United States Postal Inspection Service, and the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office, among others. Investigators built the case through physical surveillance, social media posts, controlled drug purchases, and inter-gang communications.
The charges are allegations only; each defendant remains presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. If convicted, those implicated face severe penalties, potentially including decades or life behind bars.
