Motorists across northern New Jersey are encountering a mix of volume-related delays, a disabled vehicle, and widespread construction as the afternoon commute builds.

Current Trouble Spots

• US 1&9 Truck Route, Jersey City: A disabled tractor-trailer is reported eastbound north of NJ 440. All lanes remain open, but drivers should expect slowdowns in the area.

• NJ 17:

  • Southbound delays from south of Ridgewood Avenue in Paramus to Passaic Street in Rochelle Park.

  • Northbound delays from I-80 in Lodi to Passaic Street in Rochelle Park.
    All lanes are open in both directions.

• Pulaski Skyway: Northbound delays between Broadway and Tonnelle Circle in Jersey City.

• Garden State Parkway: Multiple northbound delays reported:
