The "Dark Lake Spooktacular" is a free trick-or-treat event hosted by the Rockaway Boro Recreation and Education Foundation on the Park Lake walking path in Rockaway, NJ, where families and businesses set up decorated tents to give out candy to children. For the 2025 event, it is scheduled for October 25, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. 

ADMISSION TO EVENT IS A BAG OF CANDY! Candy drop off is located at the main tent by the beach entrance.

Foot traffic will be one way only. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
