Truck stuck under bridge/train at Morris Ave & Elm St

About an hour ago a large tractor trailer was stuck under the bridge at the intersection of Morris Ave. and Elm st. Police had arrived and traffic had not started to build up. Practice caution in the area. The intersection should be clear soon. See the photo below: the black car is police.
