Authorities Seek Public Help in Locating Missing Randolph Woman Last Seen in Dover

26-year-old Destiny Erts, considered endangered, was last spotted at the Dover Public Library on July 11

Law enforcement agencies are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Destiny Erts, a 26-year-old woman from Randolph, New Jersey, who has been missing since the morning of Friday, July 11, 2025. She was last seen at approximately 11:30 a.m. at the Dover Public Library, according to a joint release from the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, Dover Police Department, and Human Services Police Department.

Erts is described as a Black female, standing 6 feet 3 inches tall, with brown eyes and black hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing black pants, a navy blue tank top, a gray hooded cardigan, and black shoes, and was carrying a light gray bookbag.

Authorities have classified Erts as intellectually disabled and endangered, intensifying concerns about her well-being. An active missing persons investigation is ongoing, with the Dover Police Department, Human Services Police, and the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Missing Persons Unit working collaboratively to locate her.
