Vandalism on Playground at Michelle Sullivan Memorial Field

On Monday, October 11, 2021, Morris County Police responded to Manchester Park at 34 Buckingham Circle where the playground at Michelle Sullivan Memorial Field had been vandalized with graffiti, and black marker of bias language, and obscene drawings on playground equipment.
