NJ TRANSIT TO HOST INAUGURAL VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR

February 15th is “The BIG Career Event”, NJ TRANSIT’s First-Ever Virtual Companywide Career Fair to Connect with Job Seekers.


NJ TRANSIT wants you to build your future with a dynamic company in the midst of a transformation to becoming one of the premiere transportation brands in North America. 

On Wednesday, February 15th, NJ TRANSIT will host its first-ever virtual job fair, known as the “The BIG Career Event.” Become part of our team of more than 11,000 employees across a wide range of trades, professions and crafts, who pride themselves on serving the transportation needs of the millions of customers who depend on NJ TRANSIT across the New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia region annually.

WHEN: Wednesday February 15th 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

WHERE: NJ TRANSIT’s Virtual Auditorium: https://njtransitbigcareerevent.vfairs.com/ with more than a dozen different departments represented

Anyone can join The BIG Career Event—just complete the registration form at the link above ahead of time. On the day of the event, click the link in your registration confirmation email to join the fair. Applicants can access the NJ TRANSIT virtual career fair from their mobile browser, but for the best user experience, a laptop or desktop is recommended.

If you have your Commercial Driver License (CDL), you may be eligible for up to a $6,000 signing bonus if you come work for NJ TRANSIT as a Bus Operator, Bus Mechanic, or Serviceperson. CDL permit holders may still be eligible for up to a $3,000 signing bonus.
