This hybrid program will be offered virtually, and/or participants will be able to attend an in-person watch party at Boonton Holmes Library, Boonton, NJ.

Heart disease may often be “silent” and not be diagnosed until a person experiences signs or symptoms of a heart attack, or other emergency heart event. Join us to learn more about the 7 strategies to live a heart healthy life, how to recognize signs of a heart attack, and what to do if you suspect you or a loved one are having a cardiac emergency.
