Presents...ROLLIN’ DOWN MAIN BED RACES

LOCATION - NORTH MAIN STREET ( by water department )

RACE DATE - SATURDAY APRIL 29, 2023 (Rain date April 30th)

The 2nd annual Bed Races event is on April 29th at 12 pm on North Main Street (in front of the Water Department). We are currently looking for racers. Please go to Boonton.RecDesk.com to sign up. Registration fees have been waived this year!!!

Spectators are invited to come out and watch the races. Spectators 21 yrs or older can visit the “Winners Circle” Beer Garden, which is sponsored by our amazing Boonton PBA #212.

BED RACE POST TIME 12 PM

Teams of 5 build their beds and compete for top spots in creativity, theme, and speed on the course!

Teams advance through a series of heats and some serious fun.

WHAT IS A BED RACE?

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Teams of five (5) sign up to race a bed; one (1) person rides.

• Bed must adhere to guidelines.

• Entry fee: Free - This year we are waiving the registration fee but ask that if you register, you commit to participating.

• Race-course is approximately 1/10 of mile.

• All teams must register on-line and sign waiver at check in.

• Teams choose their own themes.

• Participants are encouraged to dress along with the bed theme decoration to win prizes.
