Help Support the MBS Spring Blood Drive on February 29

The MBS Spring Blood Drive will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 29 in the Auxiliary Gym. Anyone 16 years of age or older is eligible to donate blood (16 year-olds require parental permission).

The New York/New Jersey metropolitan area is at a blood emergency level with less than a two-day supply of certain blood types. Please help us make this drive as successful as possible!

Appointments for blood donation are encouraged and are on a “first-come” basis, however walk-in donors are welcome. To reserve a time, please contact Rachel Platt at rplatt@mbs.net or Laurie Hartman at lhartman@mbs.net.

This year’s drive is being led by student coordinators Chelsea Gonzaga Torres ’24, Raidah Karriem ’25, Alex McMahon ’25, Rebecca Stulberger ’25, Brooke Tannen ’25, and Gabrielle Wolin ’24 along with faculty coordinators Rachel Platt and Laurie Hartman.
