The New Jersey Wine & Food Festival at Crystal Springs Resortis returning May 3-5 with a bang, headlined by Special Guest Chef Tom Colicchio, the New Jersey-native multiple James Beard award winner and head judge of Bravo’s Top Chef, currently in its 21st season. With more than 200 wines, dozens of spirits and over 30 top restaurants from across the Garden State, the weekend-long Festival offers unforgettable experiences to attendees who will enjoy tastings of unique wines and sophisticated spirits, seminars, dinners and parties, and meet participating chefs and winemakers.

The signature Grand Tasting event will feature over 30 NJ restaurants such as Lita, Ryland Inn, Heirloom at the St. Laurent, PastaRamen, Faubourg, Ani Ramen House, Char Steakhouse, Osteria Morini and Summit House, plus Morristown restaurants South + Pine, Stirling Tavern and more. In addition to Chef Tom Colicchio, other chefs participating in the Festival include NJ-icon David Burke, world renowned chocolatier and pastry chef Jacques Torres, David Viana, Robbie Felice, Francesco Palmieri, and Aishling Stevens of Restaurant Latour, plus James Beard award winner Karen Akunowicz (Fox & the Knife, Boston), two-time Top Chef finalist Sara Bradley (Freight House, KY) and more.
