'Camp Create' to Sell Student Created Products at Townwide Sidewalk Sale & Craft Show, 6/22, 11am - 2pm

Two rising Seniors from Mendham High School have started a program to teach kids about business, entrepreneurship and marketing. Sophia Keoskey and Riya Atluri developed “Camp Create”, a week-long program designed for rising 5th and 6th graders in the Mendham area.

Sophia and Riya are teaching students the fundamentals of creating and marketing a product, with the opportunity to present and “pitch” their product on the final day of the program, a “marketplace” presentation, demonstrating that creating, selling and promoting can be lots of fun.

Camp Create is currently in session at Grace Lutheran Church, with the final marketplace presentation taking place at the Townwide Sidewalk Sale & Craft Show on Saturday, June 22, 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., at Mendham Village Shopping Center, 88 East Main Street.

**The marketplace, a time allowed for the students to sell their products, is free of charge and will be open to all Mendham community families.
