Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ - Excitement is building in the Morristown area as developer Accurate breaks ground on a luxurious 325-unit rental community in Parsippany-Troy Hills. The project, located at 100 Cherry Hill Road, is set to bring a much-needed housing boost to one of New Jersey's most sought-after suburban markets.
